K Sat information Update (New Satellite)

There has been a recent change to the New Zealand's Freeview and Sky Satellite to Koreasat 6. 

We have thoroughly tested our product with the new satellite, and it is working correctly. There is no update needed for it to work on the new satellite, as it will still lock on without problem.

You will however need to update your channel list on your decoder.

If you have a Supreme Antennas v6, V7, V8 Decoders you can follow these instructions;

To upgrade Skybox channels.

1. Print these instructions off for reference.
2. To download this file, click on the link below (ONLY ONCE!).
3. https://www.supremeantennas.co.nz/downloads/files/tp_prog.dbs
4. Drag the downloaded file onto a NEW/BLANK FORMATTED USB STICK. (Note the file name must match what is on our website.)
5. Insert the USB Stick into the decoder.
6. Go into the MENU.
7. Go to Tools & Select 'UPGRADE BY USB'
8. Change 'UPGRADE MODE' to 'MISC FILES'
9. Highlight 'SELECT & UPGRADE' & press OK.
10. With 'TP_PROG.DBS' Highlighted press OK to tick it.
11. Now press the YELLOW BUTTON to upgrade.
12. Once complete, press 'INFO' & MAKE SURE THE TOP LINE READS: TP_PROG.dbs......OK.
13. Now reboot the decoder manually by (Unplugging the Power cable at the back of unit & wait 5 seconds before RE-INSERTING). DONE!
