1. Refunds or Replacement for Faulty Products
Eligibility: We offer refunds or replacements only if the product is faulty or not as described. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
Time Frame: You must notify us of any faults within 7 days of receiving your product. This allows us to assess the issue and process your refund or replacement promptly.
Proof of Fault: To process your refund or replacement, we may request evidence of the fault, such as photos or a detailed description of the issue.
2. Refund or Replacement Process
Inspection: Once we receive your notification of a faulty product, we will inspect the item and determine if it meets our criteria for a refund.
Refund or Replacement Approval: If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Or send out a replacement within 14 days. We will not cover the return shipping costs for faulty products. (return to base warranty)
3. Non-Faulty Products
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products that are not faulty or if you simply change your mind. Please ensure that you review your purchase carefully before completing your order,
